When he isn’t travelling the world with the team at MTD CNC he is travelling North America supporting machine shop owners, and ensuring they keep their doors open

With 23 years in manufacturing, he has a proven track record of saving companies time and money, leading to market share growth and a competitive edge for all of his Clients

Before he ever knew what an SOP was he was changing the way companies got things done, his common sense, no non sense no jargon approach knits manufacturing companies together from the Owners to the newest employees

He has done everything from entry level planning, to high level production engineering, and lead large teams of skilled machinists and machine operators

Some call him Arthur “Continuous Improvement” Field, because his daily mission is to learn at least one new thing every single day, a mission given to him by his late father at the ripe old age of 4

With over 10,000 hours of leadership training, covering conflict resolution and mediation as well as team building and workshops there has yet to be a team he hasn’t been able to turn around.

His time both on the shop floor, and in senior management gives him a perspective that brings both sides to the same table, and aligning everyone on one common mission.
