F.A.Q.
How do I know which package is right for my business?
What if I need more support after Package 1 or 2?
We have package 3 which is a year long engagement for owners committed to serious change
How much time should I dedicate to this process?
That’s going to depend on which package you’re asking about. Package 1 and package 2 are fully explained, package 3 will vary depending on who in the company is championing the process. It could be as little as 1 hour per week.
What if I'm not satisfied with the results?
Like any process, you get out what you put in. That being said we review progress weekly, to ensure we’re hitting the milestones we’ve chosen together. When the things are not progressing as anticipated we adjust and continue forward. The only ones who have been unsatisfied are the ones who expect a different outcome without taking new actions. If that’s you, DON”T reach out, save us both time and money, I’m only here to work with Owners that are committed to their outcomes, it’s why we start with a free consultation.
Can your services be tailored to our specific niche within manufacturing?
Absolutely. While we have a broad understanding of manufacturing, we specialize in customizing solutions to fit the nuances of your industry/niche, whether it's automotive, aerospace, electronics, or any other sector. Your manufacturing is our specialty.
How quickly can we expect to see results from your process improvement strategies?
Results can vary, but we aim to see initial improvements within the first few weeks of implementing changes. Full realization of benefits might take longer depending on the complexity of the issues addressed. We will get more specific in our first call to speak to your exact situation.
Do you offer support for integrating new technology into our processes?
Yes, part of our service includes evaluating and integrating appropriate technology to enhance efficiency and precision in your operations, and it’s one of the core reasons Arthur founded ST&E
What if our team is resistant to change? How do you handle that?
Change management is a key part of our strategy. We engage with your team through workshops and direct involvement in process changes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and buy-in. We’ve worked with 30 year veterans at companies that had pushed managers out of the company before, and were able to get them on board.
Is there a minimum size requirement for a company to benefit from your services?
No, our services are scalable. Whether you're a small shop or a large operation, we can tailor our approach to fit your business size and growth stage. The only requirement is we have buy in from the owners, if it doesn’t start at the top, then the change always stops.
What makes your approach different from other manufacturing consultants?
Our hands-on approach combined with over two decades of experience in cost reduction and process optimization sets us apart. We focus on both the technical and human elements of manufacturing, ensuring a holistic improvement. There are no cookie cutter approaches or jargon filled feel good mumbo jumbo to deal with.
Can we see examples of past projects or client testimonials?
Yes, during our initial consultation, we can share case studies from past clients, showcasing the impact of our work on their operations. Of course all within the bounds of the NDAs we’ve signed.
How do you ensure confidentiality during the consultation process?
We take confidentiality very seriously. All information shared during our consultations is protected under non-disclosure agreements, ensuring your proprietary processes and data remain secure. Your consent will be received in writing before anything is shared.
What ongoing support do you provide after the initial engagement?
We offer ongoing support through our Package 3, but we also have options for periodic reviews or additional training to help maintain and further the improvements we've implemented. The goal is to make ourselves unnecessary as fast as possible by building up your company’s culture and systems to fuel your continuous growth and improvement for decades to come
Do you assist with employee training as part of your packages?
Yes, training is an integral part of our service. We conduct workshops and provide resources to ensure your team is well-equipped to maintain the new processes. Which also includes developing your current and future leaders to ensure your continued success long after we’re gone.
